A Thin Mint Ice Cream Date

One of my favorite parts of being a parent is introducing Henry to new things. This is probably our tenth time taking Henry out for ice cream but it never gets old. Babies grow and develop so fast that an ice cream date now is a completely different experience than an ice cream date even two months ago. And this is only the beginning?! Oh Henry, we have so much to discover together!

we love your votes!

Bennett LOVES ice cream. Hey! If we were to see you and Henry sometime in the near future, let's go get some ice cream with the boys! :)
and I LOVE that first shot of your family walking down the street. So urban natural.

mrs. biscuit: you know it's a good cone if it ends up all over the place, seriously.

bri: i agree! or better yet, frozen yogurt dates at those places that have topping bars!

christina: thank you! i don't think i'll ever get tired of this banner, Jess from IROCKSOWHAT is awesome talented.

deanna: it's probably my favorite flavor. the local shop here makes it from scratch and it's amazing.

mandy: we could go on so many ice cream dates!

christa: me too :( but it is awesome that they become more capable and understanding the older they get...it's so fun!

tales of a young mamma: thanks! your family is adorable too.

ashley: i agree, especially when it's sunny out and the weekend.

MJ: thanks! you are going to have so much fun introducing Liam to so many new foods. the overly sweet ones are the most fun!

nessa: it was awesome and that ice cream was the best

brittany: thank you so much! btw i've tried so many times to leave you comments but it doesn't work for me still :( i'll just have to send them via email like i was the other night.

stefin: haha! thanks :)

yesss, one of my absolute favorite things of being a mom is discoverying things for the very first time through his eyes. that will never get out.

and ugh, as soon as i get my shit together, i'm going to post about our outing yesterday; a cute outdoor cafe that used to be a train station? yes please!
