Some days I look at Henry and he looks like he's grown a ton, just overnight. Tonight after bath I had G take a picture of him because I realized that my newborn is not a "newborn" anymore :(

With growth comes many new, fun developments like cooing and smiling on demand but OH, how I miss how tiny and snugly he was just a few weeks ago....

Henry, two weeks:

Henry, ten weeks:
Mom, those little birdie socks that used to be waaaay too big for his tiny feet? They totally fit him now. ::Sigh::

You seem so sad that he's growing. You should be excited. Make the best of every moment - remember it, photograph it, savour it - but always be curious about the future too.

What do you think he'll want to be when he's older? :)

You are so right, Dori. I just wish I could slow down time, it's all slipping out of my hands so quickly! Being curious about the future does help, it's going to be so much fun when he starts developing his personality.

I hope that whatever he chooses to do when he's older makes him incredibly happy and totally in love with life...:)

Thanks, Dori.
