Henry loves looking out the window, especially during take off/landing. I know he doesn't "get" the whole flying concept, but the whole thing still gets him so excited.

juss reading mah doggie book and eating some pringles (apple puffs, actually. no, i don't really feed my eight month old pringles- are you kidding me?)

Outfit change in the Charlotte, NC airport bathroom.
This silly cup trick kept him entertained for a good part of the long flight.

The other part of the flight went like this. Good baby, Henry. I think I need to find a way to play loud, humming airpline noises in his room because seriously this kid naps longer on flights than he does during the day.

It's so good to be home (again). Hope you are all having an awesome weekend so far! Love.

is it terrible that i DO feed my baby pringles? i mean, whatever. he loves chips!

but go baby henry, go! i'm surprised he didn't tell the pilot to take a seat in the back and fly that damn thing himself.

heidi: thanks! yeah the trip here went so well, it really surprises me when he handles the flights so well!

mandy: thank you so much! that was totally his "flying outfit". so comfy with easy layers to remove to fit the changing climate!

erinlucy: you are so sweet, thanks! so far it's been great. stacie's memorial is tomorrow though, that's going to be the hardest part of the trip for sure. it will be nice to feel some closure and to hug her family and friends though...

jess: haha, not awful at all! if henry hadn't just started eating solids two months ago i'd probably be giving him pringles to chew on too. but really, those chips were THREE DOLLARS! (expensive plane food) that's a lot of money to spend on chips that you have to share with someone else ;)

For the airplane sounds. I have an iPod app called white noise, it's 1.99, the logo is blue with sound bars on it. Best thing ever, tons of different sounds, airplane being one of them.
